1. What we provide
DealMint is a free, informational listing of discounted products offered by third-party marketplaces. We provide the listing itself — nothing more. We are not a seller, a marketplace, or a party to any transaction you enter into.
2. Prices and availability
Prices, discounts, ratings and stock are read automatically from seller pages and can be out of date by the time you see them. Sellers change prices frequently and without notice, and offers may be limited by quantity, location, account type or delivery address.
The price on the seller's checkout page is the only price that counts. Always confirm it there before buying.
3. Purchases are with the seller
Every purchase is a contract between you and Amazon, Flipkart, or the merchant selling through them. Payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, warranty and customer support are entirely theirs to provide. DealMint cannot access, alter or cancel your order.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. This is set out in full in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the site, or place automated load on it that degrades service for others.
- Do not attempt to gain access to administrative areas, or interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Do not present DealMint content as your own or in a way that implies endorsement by us or by any retailer.
6. Trademarks
Product names, brand names, logos and images belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify products only, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealMint is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information here, including a price that changed, an offer that ended, or a purchase that did not meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version, and the date at the top of this page will reflect it.
